The work that makes this service worth having is the planning. Route surveys, bridge and overhead clearances, permits, pilot vehicles, and knowing which corner a long load simply will not get around until something is temporarily removed.
We moved the waka hourua Aotearoa Tuatahi for Te Toki Voyaging Trust from Tāmaki to Whatawhata, including getting it around a sharp corner into a narrow driveway. Their lead crew rode with ours on the road, because when you are moving something that matters, being able to watch it matters too.

Understand what it is
Dimensions, weight, lifting points, and what the object will and will not tolerate. For taonga we take direction from the people it belongs to.

Survey the route
We drive it. Bridges, overheads, corner radii, and the places a long load has to swing wide.

Permits and escorts
Oversize permits, pilot vehicles and any road closure the route needs, arranged before the day.

Loaded, secured, escorted and delivered, usually overnight.
