Buildings listed for removal
Buildings shown for sale on this site are buildings we own and sell for removal. We do not sell land, and we do not act as a real estate agent. Availability, price and specifications can change, and details such as dimensions and floor areas are approximate and given in good faith. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Any sale is subject to a written agreement.
Quotes and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any indicative figures we discuss before a site inspection are estimates. A firm price follows a site inspection and is given in writing.
Intellectual property
The content, photographs and design of this site belong to TR Building Removals or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without asking us first. Where a project features a client's building or taonga, that content is published with their permission and should not be reused.
Links to other sites
We link to certification bodies and other organisations for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content of those sites.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply.
